In this document, the terms “you, your, user, customer, client, they, their” are addressing the clients. Whereas the terms “we, us, our” are referred to Tanveer Collection.
- We, at, Tanveer Collection ensure the fastest delivery with safe packaging and secure transportation.
- Tanveer Collection offers "Free Delivery" all over Pakistan.
- Customers can pay for our “cash on delivery” services. For COD orders, the package will be handed over to clients once they pay cash to the delivery team.
- In the case of COD orders, customers can inspect their orders right after receiving them to ensure order accuracy and condition. If the customer has an issue with the received order,
- If customers find an issue or fault in the received order after the delivery team has left their location, they can contact Tanveer Collection from their website’s “Contact Us” page.
- Without any valid complaint or issue, products will not be returned or refunded.
- Once the order is placed, we send a confirmation email to our clients to confirm their order placement. The email contains the Order Number and Order Tracking ID so customers can track their orders.
- Before order dispatching, our customer representative shall contact clients to verify their orders. All the clients are advised to provide a valid contact number and delivery address to avoid order setbacks.
- Unconfirmed orders may get delayed or canceled. Tanveer Collection will not be accountable for such a context.
- Processing and shipping will be delayed on weekends and Pakistan's official national holidays, such as Independence Day and Eid.
- It is your responsibility to make certain that someone is accessible to accept your order; otherwise, we may have to return it to you.
- The delivery days are from Monday to Saturday(no delivery on Sunday). Shipping times vary depending on your shipping destination. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. When the holiday shopping season is in full swing, delivery can take up to 5-7 business days.
- If you are a new customer, a Customer Service Representative will phone, text, or use WhatsApp to confirm your order.
